HLTV.org: penny will replace curry in Triumph

Rahul "curry" Nemani will soon leave Triumph, reports HLTV.org, citing his own sources. The 17-year-old player is forced to suspend his esports career as he will go to college in the fall.

According to published information, Triumph will be staffed by Eric "penny" Penny, who until recently represented the team Oceanus. The 18-year-old Canadian is expected to make his debut today, July 26, in the online tournament Mythic Summer Cup #2.

Nemani joined Triumph in April this year. During this period, the American team performed at the RMR tournaments ESL One: Road to Rio (9-10th place) and cs_summit 6 (9th place), as well as became the vice-champion of the American championships WINNERS League S4 Invite Division, Mythic Invite League S1 and Mythic Summer Cup #1.

In early August, Triumph will participate in ESEA MDL S33 Finals, where the slot on ESL Pro League S12, and DreamHack Open Summer 2020 will be drawn. Later in the same month the team will play on the prestigious ESL One Cologne 2020, which was moved to the online due to the coronavirus pandemic.

If the information is confirmed, the composition of Triumph will look like this:

 Gabe "Spongey" Grainer.
 Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman
 Michael "Grim" Vince
 Patien "Junior" Johnson
Eric "penny" Penny
